If I could give 1 piece of advice to my 25 year old self, it would be to cultivate more side hustles. Why side hustles? Many people in their late 20s or early 30s ask me for career advice. Already successful, they are at a crossroads wondering which path will lead to faster career growth, a steeper learning curve or more intrinsic satisfaction. Management or Venture Capital? Consumer or Enterprise? Start a company or join a small team?
